Under the supervision of  the health Ministry. The Seruwila Mangala Rajamaha viharaya and the perinatal society of Sri Lanka have jointly implemented a charity project named ‘Save a babu’ with the intention of saving the lives of hundreds of babies who die due to respiratory complications at birth.
